Live Meeting 2007 is a remarkable tool that allows you to conduct online meetings with people that are miles apart. If you have a Live Meeting that is already in progress, and you would like to invite someone to join you, follow the instructions on this page to learn how.

Adding Someone to a Live Meeting
Step 1) Click on the Attendees menu. To organize your meeting, tear away the Attendees tab and pin it to the side.
Step 2) Next, Select the Invite option.
Step 3) Select Invite by email from the menu that appears.
Step 4) Outlook 2007 will open and a default email message will appear on the screen. Address the message to your invitees and click send.
When the invitee receives the message, they will select "Join the Meeting." At this point they will join the meeting.
