Setting Up Audio and Video in Live Meeting
Live Meeting 2007 allows you to use your computer's webcam to communicate during the meeting. Setting up your camera is a very simple process that can be completed with just a few steps.

Setting Up Audio and Video in Live Meeting
Step 1) Under the "Voice and Video" menu item, select "Options."
Step 2) From the "Options" menu, select "Set Up Audio and Video."
Step 3) You will first need to select "Custom" from the drop down menu to make changes to the default settings. If you are satisfied with the default settings you may click "Finish", otherwise choose "Custom" to continue.
Step 4) Select the speaker and microphone that you will want to use for your meeting using the drop down menus.
Step 5) Adjust the volume of the speaker and microphone to whatever is comfortable for you, make sure that you do not go into the red. Click next.
Step 6) Configure your web-cam (optional).
Step 7) Click "Finish" to commit the changes. If you need to make additional changes, use the back button to return to a previous setting.
Step 8) When you return to Live Meeting, the web-cam will be turned off by default. Turn on your web-cam by selecting "Start My Video" from the web-cam icon, under the "Voice and Video" menu/panel.
Step 9) Your microphone will be muted by default. Click the microphone button, or deselect the mute option under the "Voice and Video" menu/panel.
You are now ready to start your Live Meeting.
