Q: Can more than one person edit a document at the same time?
A: Yes. All parties in a Live Meeting may share their applications. To share, the owner of the resource to be shared clicks a button in the Live Meeting window and indicates which participant they would like to share the application.

Q: Is voice and video conferencing available in Live Meeting?
A: Yes. If you have installed a web camera on your computer, then you may use that to conference within the Live Meeting session.

Q: Is voice and video conferencing required to have a Live Meeting?
A: No. You do not have to have a web camera to use Live Meeting.
