Stop Outlook from adding your name to forwarded messages

To stop outlook from adding your name to a forwarded message:

Step 1)

From your inbox screen, go to the top and click "Tools", then go down the list and click "Options"

Step 2)

On the screen that pops up, click "E-Mail Options"

Step 3)

On the next screen that pops up, go to the very bottom and uncheck the box labeled “Mark my comments with:”

Step 4)

Click OK, and then OK again.
