Exchange best implementation practices includes mailbox quotas. Our roll-out will include a quota of 500 Mb. In other words, you will only be allowed to keep 500 Mb of mail, calendar items, etc, in your mailbox. Once the limit is reached, you will be required to delete or archive items to continue to use your email client.
